We had an excellent (and very generous!) lunch here courtesy of the owner Bryam and his helpful staff. They were very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. Thank you Bryam. We definitely recommend lunch at Bar Empotros!

Super

The best porridge I've ever had. And the bread was warm and crusty, as if it had been freshly baked.

Very good, we ordered a montado because we were barely hungry and in other bars they call that a sandwich. Well filled, the bread warm and crispy. The shame is that we had already ordered it when they brought us the tapa that accompanied the drink, because we would have had dinner with the tapas they give you. It was a piece of toast with a slice of tomato and a sirloin steak that fell apart, with fries and ketchup. Excellent, I recommend it. Before ordering food, wait to see what tapa they bring.
It has very good tapas, the service is very friendly and welcoming, and the Latin menu is tasty! It's the only place in Valdepeñas where you can try Latin food. Their stuffed arepas are a big draw. It's quite cheap, with little to eat, and if not, you'll be full just from the tapas.
I love the north, but they have to learn the concept of the south, the tapas, today I have reconciled myself with the bars, wonderful treatment and a 10 for the tapa concept, tender and secret bread, great, you should not miss the experience

We stopped here by chance, and it was wonderful! The food was delicious. The portions were also generous. We ordered lentils, chicken salad, and fried fish (set menu) and licked our fingers.
The food was fantastic, both in quality and quantity. The service couldn't have been better. 100% recommended. The terrace was nice, but due to the heat, we ate in the dining room, which was super cozy. I'll definitely be back.
Muy amable servicio, pollo, pinchos deliciosos y tiernos. Chorizos sabrosos y suaves.
